The standard agreement begins at execution and continues for 180 months after the commencement date. Your agreement defines commencement, renewal, and termination.
Under the standard hot-water agreement, your project team takes delivery, installs the equipment, makes building connections, and provides project engineering. TEAL supports equipment sizing and design collaboration. Installation and field responsibilities for turnkey projects are defined separately.
The owner provides utilities, internet, a secure equipment space, installation, and building connections. Distribution piping, fixtures, equipment insurance, and property taxes also remain owner responsibilities under the standard agreement.
The standard agreement covers TEAL equipment. Building distribution piping, leak detection, and fixtures sit outside that equipment-management scope.
Purchase rights, renewal, and termination are defined in your agreement. Ownership does not transfer automatically, and proprietary controls and spare parts are excluded from purchase rights.
Historical uptime describes past performance. Service commitments, remedies, and exclusions are set by the agreement for your equipment.
