Skyloft is an 18-story, 442,000-SF high-rise student housing development with 674 beds and 3.5-levels of below-ground parking, located near The University of Texas at Austin. At Skyloft, students can enjoy unique amenities such as a rooftop pool with a Jumbotron, private study rooms, an outdoor study lounge on the ground floor, as well as Skybites, a fresh market for snacks and grab-and-go meals. By focusing on sustainability and green measures, the building achieved AEGB (Austin Energy Green Building) Certification, as well as installed an energy-efficient TEAL System to deliver unlimited and on-demand domestic hot water to 212 units.
