Alexandra Servello joined the TEAL team in 2023 and currently serves as Agreement Specialist, managing the full life cycle of contractual agreements across TEAL’s project portfolio. She brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to her work, ensuring that each agreement aligns with both operational goals and legal compliance, while simultaneously maintaining thorough communication with clients throughout the process.
Early in her career, Alexandra gained experience in accounting and real estate closing within the homebuilding industry. This background and experience sparked her interest in contract management – particularly the structure, detail, and strategy involved in coordinating agreements – where her strengths in organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration naturally align. This later led her to her role at TEAL, joining the team in 2023.
Alexandra initially joined TEAL as Contracts Administrator and advanced into her current role as Agreement Specialist in under a year. Her primary day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and managing contract documents from initiation through execution, as well as tracking project milestones and facilitating negotiations. She works closely with both TEAL’s internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth implementation and to maintain momentum on complex contracts.
Outside of her role at TEAL, Alexandra serves on the Government Affairs Committee for the Utility Management & Conservation Association (UMCA), a national organization that monitors and influences utility-related policies at the local, state, and national levels. She is also an active member of TEAL’s philanthropic committee, TEAL in the Community (TITCOM), volunteering with organizations including BEAR, Friends For Life, Kids’ Meals, Catholic Charities, and BakerRipley.
Alexandra recently started calling Houston home and has been enjoying everything the city has to offer, including trying out local restaurants, exploring new neighborhoods, and running local 5Ks.
