Our proprietary, in-house developed controls software, the Beacon™, proactively monitors your system 24/7/365. By continuously collecting and analyzing data, the Beacon™ categorizes data based into green, yellow, and red zones.

When a reading falls into the yellow or red zone, it immediately alerts our full-time Network Operations Center (NOC) engineers in Houston, Texas. From there, our experts quickly determine the right course of action. In most cases, alarms can be addressed during the next scheduled service visit; however, some may require attention the following business day, while others demand immediately action.

At TEAL, we make every effort to build redundancy into all of our systems to uphold our commitment to 100% uptime. In the rare case that the Beacon™ detects a red-zone alert or a system goes down, our on-call service technicians are available around the clock to respond immediately – ensuring your facility never experience downtime.

Additionally, we have 5 inventory managers on-site in our fabrication shop, overseeing 2,600+ unique SKUs and more than 21,000 stoked parts and components. This in-house inventory means we never wait on manufactures for critical components – we can resolve system issues quickly and effectively.
